Thirteen years after the Villainous Army’s defeat at the hands of the Super Sentai squad known as the Dragon Keepers, the surviving foot soldiers find themselves forced into weekly “Sunday Showdown” performances—reenacting their own failed invasion for public entertainment. Frustrated by this never‑ending spectacle and the Keepers’ unquestioned authority, one determined foot soldier decides to infiltrate the organization and set things right from within.

Our protagonist, the enigmatic “D,” is a former foot soldier who uses his unique abilities and a Ranger cadet disguise to penetrate the Dragon Keepers. Alongside him are Hibiki Sakurama, an earnest Ranger cadet disillusioned by the Keepers’ practices, and Yumeko Suzukiri, a Junior First‑Class ranger with her own reasons for challenging the status quo. At the center of their conflict is the Dragon Keepers organization itself—five battalions of elite heroes whose public image of justice conceals a rigid, spectacle‑driven hierarchy.
